I need to bring my own mat?
There's no need, we are fully equipped. However, if you prefer to
use your own mat that’s ok - please bring it along.
What do I wear?
Usually a t-shirt or top and shorts or leggings. Whatever you feel
comfortable in that’s suitable for exercise.
Can I wear trainers?
‘Fraid not, you need to be able to fully connect with the
ground in your bare feet. Occasionally students do wear socks.
Can I book a place in a class in advance?
Yes, just email stating
which one you would like to come to and when.
Can I practice with an injury or condition?
Check with your doctor first and, if they say it’s ok, make
sure you notify me before the class starts. If you would like to
communicate privately then please email.
How often should I practice?
Once or twice a week is fine to begin with. You can then gradually
build up your practice. Make sure you always listen to your body
and go at your own pace.
