accessible teaching style focuses on Hatha yoga with a playful mixture
of correct alignment, conscious breathing and inner awareness.He
enjoys creating an informal environment in which you can explore
the mind / body relationship, unite movement with breath and help
develop a more harmoniously balanced way of being. This empowering
experience can lead to a healthier and happier life.
Louis has had a consistent yoga practice since 1999 and has explored
Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. He has been
fortunate enough to have had guidance and inspiration from many
fantastic teachers including: Anna Ashby, Jason Crandell, Kate Ellis,
Janice Harris, Jane Kersel, Jeff Phenix and Carlos Pomeda. He is
a qualified British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher, completing
his teacher training at Triyoga - one of Europe’s leading
yoga centers. When he’s not on his mat Louis is also a keen
runner and cyclist.
